DIGITAL ART VERSUS TRADITIONAL ART.
I teach art at a college here in the UK, I teach traditional art and sculpture, but I find that at the moment in my own time I am spending all my spare time doing digital art, mainly digital painting and photo manipulation. I am really enjoying exploring the use of computers as an art tool, but I do feel guilty for not spending time doing any trad art. My brushes are sitting in a jar staring at me now.
I do think that some of the skills that I am learning in the digital area will benifit my trad painting but I still feel guilty.
Is comp art as valid as an art form as trad?
Do you find you are in the same situation.
I hit a long dead spot with my trad painting and I have found that the digital stuff is starting to get me in the mood for trad again.
So which should I go for trad or digital??

I have been working on several image manipulations that I hope to put up soon and have been encouraged by the responce to the few that I have already done. So watch this space.
I also hope to be able to find the time to get out to take some fresh images of the Fens in the next few weeks, These will hopefully show the unique landscape of the East Anglian fens.
Thanks to those of you that have supported me so far and those that have not,,,,, Why Not? :-}

So this is me. A bit beaten by time but still going strong!
